Now the Best part is the Customer service!!! I had an issue I couldn’t figure out how to get the lights working ( my fault ) but I got a response immediately! Also I had a couple of screws that were stripped out on the luggage rack, they sent me replacements right away to fix it. And the most recent problem is that I had a pinched wire in the battery pack from assembly at the manufacturing plant, and it was causing power to cut on and off when going over bumps. They are sending me a new battery as soon as I told him.I’m a beginner, but thanks to the customer support team’s guidance, all my questions have been resolved. The product is absolutely fantastic—I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends!

my take on this bike is, not only is it a great value as it comes with ALL accessories already installed on it ( and a power house of a bike), but if you have ANY issues they take care of it ASAP!!! Just remember it is a heavier bike due to the dual motors and its a pretty high bike I’m 5’7 and the cross bar just clears under me when I’m standing over it.

To begin I will set the parameters. I am 6’3 235 lbs. I never ride with exclusively with throttle only, and try to economize when it is feasible. I really like this bike at the $ 1,200 level I purchased at, and believe beyond that in my mind there are better choices. The following will illustrate my feeling about this bike after 300 miles of on and off road riding.
Well built long and pretty heavy and stable
Has good power when fully charged and both motors are employed. I was able to get 38 mph from it fully charged using both motors and remember I weigh 235 lbs, if you are lighter you will go a bit faster
The bike is straight forward and easy to use.

Very torquey bike, I would recommend to anyone that wants a fast bike. My only issue is the battery time for it to charge. Takes about 8 hours. I would recommend that you buy another battery. My bike goes around 38 mph.

So far it’s working well. I added a rear cargo rack. Assembly took a few hours. I had the bike assembled in less than an hour . I watched a few videos on YouTube to figure it out. All the tools needed to assemble are included. Before I started to put the bike together I plugged in the battery to charge.

If I was to use throttle only and max power AWD mode I can go about 40 miles on a full charge, but it’s really a waste of power because you can go the same speed on only 1 motor as long as your not going on any steep inclines ( the AWD mode is really only for climbing so it gives you that torque ). So after using it everyday for almost 2 months rain or shine, I ABSOLUTLY LOVE IT!!!

The only reason I didn’t give it 6 stars is a couple things. First there instruction video is okay but they don’t show you the front wheel spacers. The electrical connections can be very hard to get lined up. You have to be extremely careful when pushing them together. I ended up bending one of the pins for the headlamp. Tried to straighten but then saw the headlamp connection female pin was blocked off. Being a mechanic I had to attach the wires without the push together connectors. Great bike to ride and has a lot of torque and is pretty fast. Personally think it worth the money. Hopefully the manufacturer will come up with better electrical connector’s. Easier to push on and easier to line up.

Battery life on this thing is amazing also I can go to and from work about 20 miles a day and on pedal assist 3 ( 20 mph ) the battery is still full when I get home. I only engage the AWD mode when I need to climb an incline like a bridge of if its supper windy out. Using the AWD mode will drain the battery much faster since you using 6000 watts of power.
